Insurance*
Although the bikes & equipment provided are Fully Insured, there is
a £500 excess, therefore students are required to pay for any damage
they cause up to a Max of £500, Insurance waivers can be bought prior
to training which cover this cost for £10 per CBT, Day or 6 Hours
Training.
Price Guarantee**
Training must be like for like ie, include Bike & Equipment hire and
VAT. Includes any deals that are puplished but not special individual deals.
Must be within a 20 Mile radius of Stowmarket.
Military & 999 Services Discount***
Only applies to serving Military & 999 Services Personel and can not
be used if another discount is being claimed.
Guaranteed CBT Pass****
If after 7 hours you have not reached the standard required, students will
be invited back for Free Training. Although the Training is Free there is
a £40 Admin/Bike Hire Charge (This is limited to one return visit
only)
DAS Introduction Course*
To ensure we show a duty of care, if a student is not up to the standard
to ride a big bike safely the training will be done on a 125cc bike. This
course is not designed to replace the Mod 1 course, but to give confidence
to the rider beforehand.
Booking Information
Once a Provisional Booking has been made a 50% Deposit is required to retain
the Booking. This Deposit is refundable in full - £10 Admin Charge
if 15 Days or more notice of cancellation is received and confirmed.
Please make Cheques payable to "Academy Of Motorcycling". Payment can be done over the phone however there will be a 3% surcharge for Credit (not Debit) Cards.
Discounts*
50% CBT discount will be given if a Combined DAS course is booked
at the same time as the CBT, if the course is cancelled the discount will
not apply. To get the 25% train with a friend discount the course has to
be booked together & scheduled for the same dates. 25% Train with a
friend Discount on Courses is valid until 11 March. Only one Discount can
be applied at anyone time.
